Is Relationship Counselling Right for You?

  • Relationship therapy offers a safe and supportive space for partners to talk about their relationship. You can share your views and feelings while discussing past experiences, current challenges, and future hopes.

    I’m here to guide the tough conversations and help create a respectful discussion, where both partners feel heard. My role is to stay neutral while providing structure to make communication easier.

  • Some people think couple therapy is all about “fixing” problems. Actually, the goals can vary depending on what you need. Together, we’ll determine the best approach for your situation. Common goals often include:

    • Identifying and changing negative patterns

    • Repairing the relationship

    • Peacefully separating, if needed.
